European Accessibility Act

The European Accessibility Act is in force.

Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act — Directive (EU) 2019/882 — has required a wide range of digital products and services sold in the EU to be accessible. The yardstick is the European standard EN 301 549.

Its v3.2.1 revision is already cited in the Official Journal. That citation is under the Web Accessibility Directive, not the EAA. Under that directive, meeting the clauses that apply gives you a presumption of conformity. Under the EAA, no revision is cited yet. So today an EN 301 549 report is the strongest evidence you can hold.

EU procurement asks for specific evidence: a full EN 301 549 conformance report and an EAA-positioned VPAT. We generate both from a real automated audit. It runs on your own infrastructure.

  • 8 named regulatory regimes, version-aware
  • EN 301 549 chapter-by-chapter ACR (HTML + XLSX)
  • EAA-positioned VPAT
  • Self-hosted — the audit runs in your environment

The evidence EU procurement asks for — from a real audit

Not a template you fill in by hand. We map a real automated audit onto the standards that matter. What a machine cannot decide, we hand you for manual review.
